USB Debugging via MacOS and Pixel 4

Hi team,

I have USB Debugging enabled on my Pixel 4 XL but, when trying to run through the process step 3/9, the device does not connect. I am using the original Pixel 4 XL USB C cable. I can confirm that file transfer does work as I tested it with Android File Transfer application by Google. Please could someone help?

I don’t know why but sometimes it helps to use a USB-A to USB-C Cable.
Already had this problem not with BllocDesk but with flashing an OTA via adb.

The A to C Cable always solved the problem.

I have submitted log reports, so hopefully someone may be able to assist, as at present, I cannot install Ratio.

I solved this issue by installing Android Studio and running that first. My Mac then allowed the connection via USB Debugging Mode.
