Restart BllocDesk, disconnect, reconnect and try installing again
There is like a dead stream … I tried tried and tried but failed. I think i will give this thing up. 
Restart your laptop. Not only the Blloc desk program
This thing is happening. What to do?
Reinstalling Blloc desk helped for other users. Devs are looking into the issue
