UI bug on windows in Ratio install

Changelog in Ratio install process hides the “next” button on step 5. By default Windows 10 uses a 150% scaling - without the ability to scroll the “next” button is unreachable. I bypassed this issue by setting scaling to 100%, but had to try a few times.

same issue on Mac too - it won’t allow me to scroll down either. Only managed to see the ‘Next’ button when I maximised the screen to fullscreen.
