Transfer license to new phone

Hi

I installed blloc/ratio on my s10. And I was pretty happy with it. Now I received a Xperia 1ii .I tried to install it but apparently the license is still active on the s10. I don’t see an option to remove the s10 from the desktop and I factory reset the s10. Is there any way to resolve this?

on members.blloc.com you can reset the license

Once the code is used it will not work in another device. Reset from the above link provided to get new code for new device
