Switching from lite to pro

When I am trying to reset my block code from the member’s website. after giving my mail ID it says it has sent me mail in my mailbox. but there is no mail in my mailbox. I am trying since 2 days. please guide me what do now?

Can’t you see the code change in real time on the website where you reset it?

how will post it bro they asked me to give the mail id and said mail has been sent to you follow the step mentioned. steps are mentioned in that mail i guess??

If you go to members.blloc.com where you reset your code, does it not display a new code in real time when clicking on the reset code button? For me it did that and I too never received an email
