Showing Error Authenticating [Solved]

When I select the ‘Edit apps & Drawers’ options it shows error authenticating. Even when ‘+’ is selected, it is the same. Unable to create new drawers because of that.

Thanks, by scanning the fingerprint, I was able to get the app list and move them or change some settings for the app. But I could not find an option to add new drawers. May be I am missing some option.
