The homescreen occasionally is inconsistent, between have the drawers start at the very top, or having a bit of space. Idk if the picture will load.
If you have updated directly from playstore without uninstalling previous one, I suggest remove and install again (If it seems a big problem to you).
This is a bug in center drawer vertically, for now easy workaround is open search bar and close it goes back to the center.
