Resolved: Error while syncing photos

Hello there!

I’ve just installed Ratio on my phone and everything seems okay to go. When trying to sync my photos with the BllocDesk, though, I faced an error with the following message:

A JavaScript error occurred in the main process

Attached is a screenshot with the error message.

I have my Ratio app (v3.2.1:22) installed on a Samsung Galaxy S9+, running Android 10. The BllocDesk app (0.7.9) is running on my MacBook Pro, running macOS Catalina 10.15.5.

I’m all right if it takes a while to fix - being part of this experience is all I’ve asked for. Thank you!

Hello again!

I’m here to update on the status of this issue. It appears that this issue does not happen when the phone is actively unlocked. The issue also doesn’t appear when I synced wirelessly and not when the phone is connected via USB. More tests may need to be done just to make sure that syncing via USB works as well! This issue has been resolved. Thank you!
