I was able to install the launcher, did the verification and gave all the permissions.
I have a oneplus 7t and I keep getting a pop up stating my device is unsupported.
Could you please guide me on how to solve this?

There is no workaround to solve this issue. Blloc needs to remove this error popup and need to provide new update. That’s the only way. I am also facing the same issue
I cannot even load it on my phone. The desktop software detects my oneplus 7t but states that the phone is not supported.
