No Email After Asking to Reset Code

Device brand and model:

POCOPHONE F1

Problems encountered when using ratio:

Finally got the invitation to try Blloc on my Pocophone F1 but while Installing it gave me code not found or assigned to another device. After going to through posts when I try to reset my code using https://members.blloc.com, it asks me to enter my email to send the further process for resetting code but I don’t recieve any email ? Tried checking in spam, promotions, social and primary section but no email. Tried three times same issue.

So apparently, I have to wait to get access code? i got email for community invite. I tried to use that? Is there a different invite for the app? Sorry, I’m new here

Yes. You will get invite code in separate mail.

Oh Sorry. I’ll delete this post. It’s been 6 hours from last email (invite to community). I guess i’ll wait more. Thanks alot!

Wait. What code did you try using in the bllocdesk? Can you post a screenshot of the invitation mail you got?
