Media syncing and usage syncing problem in BllocDesk

Hi!
I use a Macbook pro 2015 with a Galaxy A50.

If i click to sync in BllocDesk it starts but it never stop.

Else:
If i click to dashboard it doens’t show my usage

I am also facing this issue. Hope it will be fixed in updates.
