Getting an error of ‘ECONRESET’ and I can`t even install Ratio light.

I would check your USB connection. Make sure both ends are completey connected, all the way in. If needed, use a small pin to get rid of any lint build up on the phone end. Also, if it is an aftermarket USB cable, you may need to get another supported one. I’m sure there are other possibilities too. Driver updates, usb port problems, firewalls…
