Invalid Verification Code - Factory Reset

Hello @olivier , I had previously installed Ratio on my OP 7 Pro. Today, I did a factory reset and now when i try to install Ratio, it says Invalid Verification code.

I messed up completely

I installed ratio perfectly a week ago. (OnePlus 7) formatted phone and tried installing again yesterday but met with a "Phone not supported " problem. @Ismael sent a new verification code. I installed ratio in my phone but it the launcher showed device not supported again. I uninstalled ratio app from my phone. Tried installing ratio again now but the launcher is not even booting up after the install from bllocdesk. What should I do?

Error installing. Your device is not supported yet

Hi, if you’re using a OnePlus 7 we just implemented a fix for that but it’s not out yet, it’s just a matter of hours. Until then please don’t factory reset your phone as it won’t solve anything and it will make your verification code invalid.

I already did a factory reset before I read the posts, so I guess I will wait until the fix is rolled out.

I think fix is already rolled out. But resetting the device is not recommended for using beta version of ratio. Reply from Dev is 3d old post.

I think you need a new verification code. Let Dev team look into this. @adham @olivier
