I am just wondering how the launcher installs on your phone when using a PC. Is it just a normal launcher app that must be installed through a computer or is it a launcher that will overwrite something massive in the phone?
Please search the forum before posting next time. There are plenty of threads on how to do this.
It does install a launcher.apk and it is done through the bllocdesk application if you have a supported device.
