Errors even after using a new code(RESETED CODE)

I am getting this error even after resetting the code.
I have tried to restart my phone, clear cache and I have given all the permissions.
I am currently using a OnePlus 6 (A6000) device and blloc desk says OnePlus 6 is not yet supported on the device and blloc light gives me an error show in the picture above.

Please help me to get this working…

I installed light and now I want to install the pro of the BllocDesk and it shows like the verification code isn’t working even though
I used it on the light

This may caused to Server Issues. Have you tried to restart Blloc Desk and unplugged and reconnected youre Phone?
