Same happened to me.
But in my case, I became a Regular twice 
Thought it was just me as no one mentioned anything similar before.

Hmm, this is peculiar.
Perhaps it’s more of a visual bug than anything; your Badges tab still shows a single achievement of First Link! It probably doesn’t matter much either case, though, so nothing to worry.
