Code not found or assigned to another device

Hi,

I am experiencing an issue while installing Ratio Pro, I installed Ratio Light on my one plus 7 pro it installed properly. I thought of installing Ratio Pro and which I tried using the computer, it said code not found or assigned to another device.

its a genuine code and I am installing on the same device

Any help would be appreciated!

Go to #4 I believe where it says you need to reset.
