Cant grant modify system settings

i have recently been trying to grant the permissions to modify system setting which include color mode, app lock mode and animation speed mode. but i can’t do it even with ratio tool though it shows process successful.

U need to make sure usb debugging is on and also permission via usb debugging. Make sure these two settings are on in the developer settings then try again

Yes that’s what…I have also enabled it since beginning

Enable “Disable permission monitoring” if you had that in you developer option.
