Backup and Sync when connected to ThinkPad not working

Ratio version: 3.2.3

  1. When I connect to my Windows ThinkPad, the backup field is grayed out and I can not sync photos due to an error. I have tried uninstalling both Ratio pro and Ratio Desk but same error…

  2. The YouTube root is not doing anything, it just shows the YouTube text in the dialogue box.

The backup field and sync are different.
As of now, backup doesn’t work on any device apart from Z18.

Youtube card should work. Can you post a screenshot of the error?

so the sync should work? it doesnt on my phone
